OVERALL RATING (????????)

“Tell Me” officially has a demon version now.

When you have an album that is nominated for a Grammy, you can do whatever you LIIIIIKE! Today, Freddie Gibbs, a dude with an album that is nominated for a Grammy, has decided to release “Tell Me (Freestyle),” a song in which he spits bars over Bobby Valentino’s “Tell Me” beat.

I’m convinced that Freddie Gibbs is afraid of nothing! Even though “Tell Me (Freestyle)” is powered by a beat that is supposed to make you feel ready for some bedroom action, you get a version of Gibbs that is confrontational, brash, grungy, and ready for war on the song. It’s almost like the Alfredo rapper wanted to f**k up people’s marriages.

Freddie Gibbs is a troll.
