A$AP Rocky Drops “Tailor Swif”

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

Oh, nah, A$AP Rocky is back back.

A$AP Rocky’s upcoming album, Don’t Be Dumb, is definitely generating a lot of excitement, and rightfully so. The long gap since his last album makes this drop significant, as fans are curious to hear how his sound may have evolved after years of being away (BTW: I didn’t love his sound on his last album Testing).

After releasing “HIGHJACK,” a single I f**k with a lot, A$AP Rocky returned to the music scene with another single: “Tailor Swif.”

In “Tailor Swif,” A$AP Rocky raps about shooting his shot at women, putting his exes in positions to succeed, and unwinding with some recreational drugs that ease stress. He also reflects on his past struggles, noting that even when he was broke, he was still iced out, just like he is now. The track features an uptempo beat with sunny vibes to lift your mood. Rocky glides effortlessly over the beat, delivering a flow that makes it feel as if he were skipping rope. Overall, “Taylor Swif” has great vibes and showcases a hyped-up version of Rocky that the streets need.
