Trippie Redd Is Unchained In “H@E”

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Damn, Trippie Redd went off on this track.

The other day, I revisited my review of Trippie Redd’s ! album from a few years back. While listening, I couldn’t help but notice how ahead of his time he sounded on that project. Overall, I feel like Trippie is criminally underrated, with much of his recent music not getting the recognition it deserves. Today, he’s back with one of his most explosive tracks in a while: “H@E.” Perhaps this will knock folks on their ass!

I need to emphasize this: Trippie Redd goes off on this track. Over a bass-heavy beat that’ll rattle your house speakers, Trippie switches up his flows to make it clear he’s dealing with a wild girl who’s willing to do some crazy things for the right price. He also talks his s**t, calling his crew the best thing since sliced bread. While Trippie’s verses are a little unhinged and toxic, the hook is incredibly catchy. Overall, this track feels like a sneaky hit.

Trippie Redd is winning at life right now.
